Modern Alchemy in Business

I work with an incredible assistant that has multiple roles and responsibility. They are responsible for assisting marketing, sales, community management, customer support/success — 5 roles.

And I pay only 200 dollars for their contribution, annually.

What would you think about this? Do I have to be punished? Or you might be thinking I'm a super-greedy and selfish person? Of course, I believe you don't.

As a modern alchemist, you are able to literally build up a virtual team by yourself. It doesn't require you to exploit others. It just requires you to create your golem with modern technology — NoCode.

By the way, the name of my super assistant is Crystal. They work so hard and sometimes make small mistakes, but their contribution is so huge.

Want to know more details about how to build up your virtual team with golems? If you like this idea, please keep reading.

The 3 Steps to Build Up Your Team

There're 3 steps to building up your virtual team with your golem.

Step 1 - Identify Your MVA

The first step is to know your minimum viable actions (MVA) to manage and operate your business.

This means you get rid of unnecessary jobs and tasks, as well as workflows from your business. It doesn't mean you have to let all the people go from your organisation. It means you can optimise your business thoroughly.

It might be helpful to map your MVA to actual roles and responsibility like marketing associate, sales admin, and customer support.

Step 2 - Assign Your Golem

The second step is very exciting - assign your golem to your MVA.

If you identified your MVA with actual roles and responsibility, you already know what tasks and workflows should be automated. Your golem must assist and communicate with you seamlessly to make things easy.

For instance, your community manager can send you a daily summary of what topics are actively discussed in the community you manage. But you don't necessarily need to check all the threads one by one since your golem check them and make a report for you.

Step 3 - Delegate Your Small Tasks

Last step is to create the environment you can focus on your essential tasks.

By delegating small things to your golem, your workload is getting smaller and smaller. As a result, you're getting better and better with your fully automated business.

When you're on Slack, I think you don't want to switch multiple apps to get things done. You may want to focus on Slack, not Gmail or Todoist. To avoid app switching and context switching, you can add more features and workflows to your work environment.

With this approach you can create a task from Slack. You can send a short email to someone from Slack. You can search databases from Slack as well.

If sounds like pretty small stuff, but you're able to focus only on your essential tasks from anywhere without switching apps on mobile. This enables you to build and maintain a system for multiple income streams with less effort.

The key point is to automate your tasks one by one and delegate them to your golem — your virtual team!

As you can see, you don't have to hire and exploit people to automate your system. You can build a fully automated business with your golem as they work on multiple roles and responsibility on behalf of you.

It enables you to automate tasks and workflows around you so that you can focus only on your essential tasks with very low cost — 200 USD a year.

If you're a modern alchemist interested in entrepreneurship or acquisition entrepreneurship for a micro or small business, you can consider to hire the automation platform called Make.

With the incredibly small amount of cost, you will be able to not only have multiple business but reduce stresses as well. Because you have a team!
