Key Takeaways

  • You can delegate small tasks to your assistant
  • Your assistant doesn't have to be a human
  • You move to the world you never work for money

Concept

To build your fully automated business, it’s crucial to automate your daily tasks even each one is very small.

If you check both email and calendar in every single morning, you switch apps and context simultaneously at work. This means you always lose your laser-focused energy to be more productive.

To get 10x results, you should delegate that kind of tasks to your self-made virtual assistant from today. Let's focus on essential stuff in a more effortless way!

Tutorial

Create your own virtual assistant as part of fully automated business

Use Case

If you could use this help, you save 80% of your morning resources, including cognitive resources.

*VA = Virtual Assistant

  1. VA checks your schedule at the 6am
  2. VA gets all the schedules
  3. VA summarises today's schedule
  4. VA sends you a summary via email
  5. YOU read the summary

Schedule Checker

Here's the inside of your virtual assistant. You can save your morning time to delegate a bunch of small tasks like checking the daily schedule to your dedicated assistant made with NoCode platform called Make.

Every morning you will be receiving the email as below.

How to Start

Of course, you don't necessarily have to create your assistant from scratch. I already prepared a template for you so all you need to do is to download and import the ready-made template into your Make environment.

You can get the template from my GitHub project.

The 6 Steps to Delegate Your Task

  1. Download the template as a JSON file
  2. Make sure your Make is at least Core plan
  3. Create a new scenario
  4. Import the JSON file
  5. Set your Google Workspace account
  6. Schedule your virtual assistant

That's all! From now on, you get rid of a task that requires context switching.

Conclusion

I think you might be thinking it's not a big thing.

But you can easily imagine that you need to take baby steps to achieve the goal. In this context, the goal is to build a fully automated business for yourself.

By adding a lot more small features to your own virtual assistant - I named my assistant Crystal - you'll be able to get rid of your daily tasks. You gradually shift towards the world you don't need to work for money.

That's the big thing, isn't it?
